GERAGHTY + ASSOCIATES, P.C, founded in 1996, is a full service real estate law firm, providing some related business law services, throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. The work of the Geraghty firm includes virtually all facets of real property law, and is somewhat unique in that its lawyers spend significant time on both transactional and litigation matters. Generally the work of the firm relates to office, retail and industrial properties, with some residential property issues.
